If you print two labels with two different tracking numbers, Yes.

Why are you printing 2 labels?  If you want to have a record of the tracking number, you can print the Order Details.  That is what I print out for each sale to keep for my records.

You can "reprint" a label or set your copier to print two copies of the same label. There is no charge for the extra label. Obviously, it can not be used on another package.

Since I print my labels on plain paper and spray-glue to my packages, I always print two copies. One to attach and the other as a receipt (or as a backup in case I bungle the first one).

If you attempt to "print another label" for a package, eBay will warn that you have already printed a label. That second label will have a new tracking number and will be charged as a new purchase.
