Labels , how to change shipping

Hi this is my first Sale. I purchased a USPS label that needs to be changed. I had to change the box, from USPS flat rate I thought I had, but didn't to a different box. I requested a void of the label, thinking I could correct the weight and dimensions and order a new label. But on the item it shows "shipped" and I can't seem to order a new shipping label. Should I contact the buyer and warn them that there is a delay? How do I obtain the correct label?

You'll find the Purchase another label link in the dropdown next to the order transaction.

In the future, when you go to create your label, you are able to change the weight and dimensions before you actually print the label.  I don't usually have to do this as I weigh my item in the packaging I plan to use when creating the listing, but on several occasions I have had to use a larger box, and I can change the weight/dimensions before printing the label.
