How come when I mean a shipping label it showed up three times and I was charged triple for one label. It shows three labels obviously but they're all for the same package and they charged me $4.75 for each one despite I'm using only one. Since all my money is still on hold because it's my first sale I am totally screwed and they're basically ripping me off. I said was 200 bucks and now I'm down to 130.

You have 28 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks when they have determined the label was never used.

When I go and press cancel label it says technical difficulties and nothing happens...

Also it's showing three labels for the same item I printed one of them but they're charging me for all three. I go to cancel the ones I did not print and nothing happens...

Make sure you select the correct tracking numbers to Void.  You won't see anything happening.  The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the labels were never used.
