What happened to transparency? Why has ebay not uttered a single word about their shipping glitch?
You see how poorly run this company is in terms of customer service. Try to find a human to talk to and you will see that it is impossible. How about letting sellers know they can't ship their items? Maybe the IT professionals who manage their software were let go to save money.

There is an technical issue with shipping labels that eBay is working on. No ETA on the repair at this time.
A fellow Mentor created this thread on how to use bulk shipping as a workaround.

You can also try incognito/ private browser mode.
This has worked for many sellers. If this works then clear your browser history.
OR try another browser.
