Keeps telling me to change payment method when nothing is wrong with it.

Have tried to purchase, send offers, and bid on items and it keeps telling me that information was either entered incorrectly for my card or to switch payment method. Everything is put in 100% correctly and I don’t want to change my payment method. Any suggestions to fix this?

Some payment sources usable at Checkout are not usable to pre-authorize automatic payment to make a bid or offer as the requirements are different, and there are some that are not usable for either.  eBay error message writers tend to be very bad at communicating what the issue actually is.
