Keep getting opps try again later when try to report I didnt get the item

Not sure whats going on but never had a problem like this. I paid for an item didnt receive it . Its been a week past the delivery date. Wont let me click on I didnt receive it. Keeps saying opps.

Hi @kd4lyh 

-Are you working on a PC or the phone APP?  If the latter try the former.

-Depending on what the original estimated delivery was you can't file an Item not received claim until one day after that date. 

-What does the tracking history show for the package?

Im on a PC. The delivery tracking just sits at Est. delivery Thu, Jul 6 - Fri, Jul 7. Its been that way for 6 days now. It was sent 1st class mail so maybe thats the delay. I bought the same item from the same seller and it never took this long.

@kd4lyh Was it a package sent to you or something like a baseball card, coins, etc?  If it was the latter and sent via eBay's standard Envelope it is not door to door tracking, it would get a scan on the sorting machine closest to your local Post Office.

If it was a package with USPS tracking on it then you can file a Missing Mail piece which might shake it loose int he USPS system.
