Keep Getting Requests for information from Ebay

Hi, Almost every day I get an email from Ebay saying they need more information from me but with no explanation of what they want. Severphone at Ebay please advise. Than kal days ago I actually got a live person from Ebay to check it and they could find that nothing was required for my accout. But I still haven't been paid for sales. I can't locate any live helper now. If you know how I can get a real person on the phone at Ebay please advise. Thanks
