Junk represented as other from China

I have had so many problems involving items presented as wonderful both  in verbiage and photos by sellers from China and then receiving junk.   The item one gets after a normally long wait is similar but very inferior to that represented.  I realize these items can be returned but knowing that insurance is imperative this option is not a financially reasonable. Usually of these sellers will offer some type of a refund and expect a buyer not to leave honest reviews. I believe these sellers know this and take advantage of it. I always leave honest feed back anyway. If they want a good FB rating they need to be honest in their offerings. I have had it with this and will never again buy from anyone located in China.  Just wondered if anyone else has found this to be an issue?
