I sent an item to the Global Shipping Program address and have proof of delivery. However the buyer did not receive goods.
A refund has been made to the buyer and I have been charged for the refund.
I would argue that once I have passed the item to GSP I should not be responsible for the delivery thereafter. I have fulfilled my part of the contract and should not be effectively penalised for the non - delivery.
Any suggestions how I can ask for a case review?

@7530football You're correct. The GSP should have refunded the buyer if the item reached the GSP center safely.
If you use FB I recommend you contact eBay on FB for business: https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness Send a PRIVATE message. The agents are more experienced on FB.
OR if you prefer you can request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
2. Request a call back or live chat from the left hand side of the linked page.
eBay does not have a phone number you can call directly at this time as the agents are still working from home.
If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
I have been a seller since 2003
