Item title and weight changes when I try to post

I create a posting with everything as I want. When it posts the title has been changed to 'MR' and my phone number is inserted into the width size. So I change it back. Post it again and the same thing happens. Is a problem with multiple listings, not just one. If I open a current listing to edit it the same thing happens.

@jimschneid.     This sounds like browser data being filled in.   I suggest you clear your browser history AND form data.  

Or try another browser.

Are you using the new listing tool in Seller Hub?  

First save the listing as a draft and then sign up for Seller Hub while working from your computer to create your listing using the New Listing Tool. >

You will know you are using the New Listing Tool when you see the option to add a short video in the photo section.

To access Seller Hub:

1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing

2. Click Start Using Seller Hub

3. Open your Draft here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/drafts

4. To create a new listing go to your active listings page:

https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active and click the blue Create listing button near the top, right-hand side of the page.

Thank you for the tips and links. Turns out I was already signed up for the Seller Hub. I had a patial draft saved that had the data that was causing my problem. I deleted it. Hopefully that will be the last of that issue.

I am on another PC today and find I have the same problem. I am already signed up on Seller Hub. I have 3 drafts that all look the same and have the bad info I am trying to delete. I deleted them all at once. Still have the same issue. Went back to hub and they are there again. Deleted each one individually. Still the same problem. I do not seem to be able to permanently delete those drafts.

@jimschneid   I am wondering if you created a Template mistake instead of starting a listing?

Do you see Your Templates on the right>  

If you DO have a template then click on the title of the template then click on the edit drop down menu next to the item and select delete.  

If that's not the problem then I recommend contacting customer service so they can take a look at your account.  The agents on FB eBay for Business are the best to ask for help with technical issues as they are more experienced.

It came up with one incomplete draft and no templates. The draft had the problem info so I deleted it. Will see what happens. Thanks again.
