Item sold

Email saying item has been sold and will be paid out today,  as funds were on hold. I have been paid out today, but it is collection only. I stated this on advert and message and have had no reply. The only answer I had was their address. Can I cancel this order or do I have to send it at a loss please.

If the buyer is not local, cancel as 'problem with buyer's address'.  You do not have to ship at your expense if purchased with collection.
