Hello, all my items have the option to request immediate payments enabled but sometimes there are items sold to buyers but "awaiting payment". How is this possible if I request payment upon buying?
PS: I am aware that this option is not available when you send offers but I did not send an offer for this specific item. Maybe it was an automatic offer but I'm not sure.
