Item sold - can't print shipping label

I sold an item and when I go to print the label it's greyed out no matter what option I choose.  That's on a pc.   I try to use my android phone and when I try to print it gives me an error about some pending call being cancelled.  I need help.  Is the buy a scam or is ebay messed up... although if the buyer is a scam that would also mean ebay is messed up.

You can't print a shipping label until the buyer has paid.

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment

If the listing is not here, the buyer has not yet paid.
