Item sold and shipped then ebay cancelled the sale - How to proceed?

I sold an item on ebay and shipped it then saw an email from ebay that they had cancelled the sale for the following reason.  So now I don't get paid?

We wanted to let you know that a bid or order for the listing below was canceled because of an issue with the buyer’s account:

Check the details in the message.  Generally your payment is not reversed, in case you have already shipped.

If you just shipped, you should try to recall the package, called package intercept if sent by mail, and worth the $17 fee.

It was shipped on 11/28 but I did not receive the message from ebay until 12/5.  Thanks I will double check to see if they reversed the payment.
