Item showing as not received yet

I shipped an item but I had to add money to label when I took it to the post office. They gave me a new tracking number. The item arrived to destination on 1/4 but it still shows a now arrived on my list. how can I correct this ?

You had 5 days to VOID the label you printed.  Do that now if it is not more than 5 days.  Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

Locate the order.  Click VOID.  You will be refunded in 2-3 weeks after the USPS has confirmed the label was never used.  If there is no Void option, it is too late.

Now go to Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped   and enter the new tracking number for the label that you purchased at the post office.
