Item shipped is not the item buyer received

I shipped a basketball card to a buyer via international sale (Canada). The buyer received an Adidas pullover shirt. I cannot get anywhere within eBay to try and resolve. Anyone have advice?

I only looked at one of your sold listings, and it uses the ebay International Shipping program.  If the trading card was shipped using EIS, have the buyer file a Return Request for Item Not as Described.  Since the EIS was used, ebay will take care of refunding the buyer and you keep the sale.
