I ordered an item and gave an incorrect shipping address. I messaged the seller and explained the shipping address was wrong and provided the correct address. The seller replaid saying that he hadn't shipped the item yet and would be able to send it to the correct address. A week later I received a notification saying the item had been delivered... To the wrong address. I contacted the seller who explained that the notification may be wrong, that he was able to change the shipping address and I should wait another week for the item to arrive.
Are delivery notifications sometimes incorrect? What's the best thing for me to do?
