Item returned/wrong address

An item was returned to me stating return to sender/no address listed.  I messaged the buyer several days ago and haven’t heard anything back.  I don’t know what to do from here. Do I refund them?  Thank you for your help.

Refund if you don't hear anything.  You can withhold the original shipping costs if the buyer paid for it.
