Item returned for “attempted-not known” unable to forward

Hello,

I had a package returned back to me as attempted unknown, unable to forward. When I originally printed shipping label there was no notes, now that I went back there was a note from the buyer stating they were having issues with their post office returning the mail to sender and asked if I could wait a few days to mail it out. Who is responsible now for re- shipping costs? How are you able to re-ship, through EBay or directly through post office?

I would take the package back to your post office, and let them know there is no problem with the buyer's address, and hopefully, they will take the package and reship without charge.  If they will not, you can advise the buyer that s/he will have to repay to reship.  They can send the shipping amount to your Paypal email address.
