I'm new to this returns business on ebay and could do with some help!
Today I received an item of clothing from a seller.
On his/her site he/she says no returns.
The item of clothing that I received does not fit the description. He/she says knee length skirt, I received a mini skirt 5"-6" above my knee and i'm only 5ft 4" tall.
On the sellers site there is no option for a return, I filled out the information about why I would like to return the item and receive a refund for it, but the send/confirm button isn't highlighted and therefore no amount of pressing it will send the request to the seller .
Ebay won't intervene until three days have lapsed post alerting the seller to a problem. I can't alert the seller though because presumably he/she has disabled that part of the process as he/she doesn't want to give refunds!!!!!
I have tried following ebay procedure, but not getting anywhere with it, very frustrating!
Is there a way of contacting ebay and speaking with a human being (i'm in the UK), without using AI, which doesn't understand at all?
