So I ordered an item on Jan 7. This is a breaker to go in my house. I'm currently without some power so it's crucial to get it.
Seller shipped item immediately which was great! Problem is it got lost in the usps system and no updates for 13 days. I emailed seller asking for assistance and got no response.
I asked for a refund trhough ebay. They responded I could ask for a refund on the 22nd if not received. On the 23rd after not being received I asked for a refund. Go figure, it just that day started moving in the usps system again. So ebay has not put my request on hold until Feb 2nd.
When I hadn't received item on the 22nd, I ordered another one (from the same seller!!!) And again it was shipped immediately, great on the sellers part! I've emailed seller MULTIPLE times asking for help and I simply get no reply.
So now I have my second order arriving before the first order even though I ordered them 16 days apart. What do I do from here? I obviously only need 1, and don't want to pay for 2 at 100.00 bucks a piece.
