Item ordered as a guest - wrong email

Hi All,

I ordered an item today as a guest but stupidly I entered an email address which is not active!

I have my ebay order number on the bank transaction but how will I get them email with the collection code in it?

This is ebay.com, the USA site.

You are located in the UK.  

You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.co.uk and ask your Customer Service.

There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.

In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and
then use the SEARCH on the right side.

I believe ebay will only deal with the email you used. You will just need to activate that email address and then you can call ebay and have them send you the purchase info again...BUT it can not be sent to a different address.
