Item order arrived broken.

I paid $109.00 for a coffee pot but it arrived broken. It seems this item was previously broken & fixed. What to do?

You are covered by the eBay MBG: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a return claim using the reason "does not match pictures or description."

That reason will by pass ANY return policy that the Seller has and you will get a pre paid shipping label to return the item.

Return the item, follow the steps in the claim.  The Seller will have 2 days to refund you, if they don't then go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in.
