Item not recieved and I ordered as a guest with the same email.

I didn't receive the item I ordered as a guest. When I try to go to the contact page to get my money guarantee, it takes me to my account that I created after I ordered the item as a guest. So, when it logs me in, I am not able to dispute the item I didn't receive.

For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest purchase.
