I paid for an item but did not receive it. The seller said I should ask my neighbors if they received my item. I submitted a request for EBay to step in and get me a refund. The seller then provided a USPS tracking number which has no proof of delivery and EBay closed the case.
Today I see the EXACT ITEM for a new sale from the same seller! This is obviously a scam!
How can I get EBay to give me a refund as obviously this seller still has the item?
