I haven’t received my item after contacting seller per eBay. I then went into contact eBay and clicked report item not received, clicked on the item image and it asked if I wanted eBay to contact the seller or a refund. I accidentally clicked on eBay to contact seller but meant for refund. So I went back in and one would naturally assume I had to cancel the request and start over and click refund. Well it wouldn’t let me. States claim has been closed and there’s nothing else I can do. Contacted customer service and well I guess eBay just made money off of me because they will not refund my money based on me closing the request to contact seller. Why is this even a policy? This is stealing!! I did not inconvenience them in any kind of way. If anything it was the poor customer service rep that tried to help me. Someone explain how this is a business with integrity and care for their customers? Know
