Item not received

I got a update on my item delivery today and it hasn't been delivered. I tried to ask them to call me and all I get is the same 5 suggestion.that don't have a # to call a agent

Does tracking show delivery? If so, you need to contact the carrier. Ask them to check GPS to verify it was delivered to YOUR address.
