What do u do when u can’t contact anybody on eBay or the seller. It’s a circle …. Going round and around.. no item… no refund … I feel it’s

In most cases it is not necessary to contact eBay.

If there is no tracking showing delivery or progress, after the last estimated delivery date, you can file an Item Not Received case with eBay. If the seller cannot provide tracking that shows delivery to your ZIP code or does not offer a refund, you can return to the case in three days and ask eBay to step in, and you should get a refund.
If the seller provides a tracking number that shows delivery, but you did not receive an item, you may need to contact the shipper to determine if the package was actually delivered to you. If the delivery was elsewhere you may need to get documentation from the shipper. With that, you may be able to contact eBay via Twitter or Facebook.
If that happens or the item no longer appears on eBay or the seller has been removed, please post again for further help.
