Item not received sine September

case got closed and I still didn’t receive my package because the seller left on the door step and my address is an Aramex post office address not a house. So he should have gotten a signed confirmation of receiving the package. The receiver should refund me or send me another since its his mistake. Also ebay is not helping me out instead they are confident with the seller. All my packages are sent to the same address since 2009 and had no problems with any seller except this one

You are located in Bahrain.  Are you using a reshipper/freight forwarder located in Springfield Gardens, NY ?  The carrier is limited in the selections to make when delivering packages.  When you go to    My ebay > Purchase history    and click on Order Details what SHIP TO address is displayed?  That is the address the seller should have used to ship your item.

It is the buyer's responsibility to have a safe secure place for a delivery man to deliver a package.  The package per eBay policy does not require signature confirmation and the seller did not deliver the item.  Your issue is with your postal delivery company who claims they delivered the package.  It has nothing to do with the seller who sent the item to the address you confirmed on eBay checkout as the shipping address.  Tracking shows delivered. Maybe it was stolen after delivery.  Then you should open a police report.

This is not the first i use this address and this my Aramex USA address and im using it since i opened my ebay account and i never had any problems until now with this seller. All sellers that i have dealt with before if any packages got lost or stolen, they always refund me without any problems and they are polite except this seller

Sellers do not refund if tracking shows as delivered.  You are breaking the rules by asking this.
