I purchased microsoft office 2021 and was not received. The seller sent me a email stating the item was sent to the wrong address but same town. He then said he would send out another, gave me another tracking number and was delivered to another state. I put in for a refund thru ebay. A rep called me assured me that yes it was not delivered and I would get a refund in 3 days. I now was denied. I appealed was again denied. I gave them copies if the sellers emails which they can see also. Gave them the tracking number which consequently the item was shipped hours before I purchased and if they called usps they can tell them that it was not delivered to my address . How do I get my refund? Now ebay refuses to look at it. So I have the seller acknowledging i didn't get it. I have usps stating it was not delivered to me what is going on. Help me please
