Item not delivered, no refund, no reply

I ordered The Walking Dead #100, 1st appearance of Negan on 10/25/24. The seller kept telling me it was on the way. It is now March and no order, no refund and no response. I don't think they should just walk away with my money. Please advise. Thank you.

It’s too late to do anything through eBay, since their money back guarantee is for 30 days after the last estimated date of delivery.  You may still be able to do a chargeback with your credit card company.

I was afraid of that answer but it's appreciated. I am probably get my money back but that still leaves that seller with the ability to scam others with no consequences.
