The item I order never arrived to my house. It appears it was shipped to the wrong address. I contacted Fed Ex to see where it was delivered and they will not tell me. All they could tell me is that it was not my address or name that it was delivered to. They said I would have to have the shipper look into it. The seller has been unresponsive and eBay has been of no help. I want a refund, what can I do about this?
