So I recently bought a ps5 and when I purchased it on April 20th it said it would be here by may 12th and I’d be fine if it was delayed for some reason but the seller didn’t post any tracking information and I’ve reached out like 2-3 times and there’s been no answer, so that leads me to believe that it’s probably not coming, I’m not sure if I should wait a couple days or contact eBay for help.

Go back to My eBay, find the item under Purchase History and in the drop down box look for 'I have not received my item" and see if it will let you open a dispute.
It should either open one or tell you what date you can. If you cannot day, go back when it says you can and open it. That will start your eBay Money Back Guarantee. DO NOT CLOSE IT until you have a working item or your money back. You only get one try. And make sure the item works before you close it-if it comes.
