Hello ebayers

I bought an item GPS-HD-DVD-CD-Radio-Bluetooth-iPod-USB-MP3-SD  ( 271932598985 )

Tracking number: RI534951882CN

from xsup3rm4nx, the problem is, it has been delvered to the wrong address, i made multiple attempts on contacting the seller but still up till now

no response.

How do i go about getting this resolved?

 Note: I live on GUAM, the item has been delivered to BUFORD, GA 30518.

Edit 1: Thank you for responding quick, newdaydream. I contactacted paypal already, they told me to contact the seller, i feel as if I'm getting the run around.

Edit 2: Thank you for responding quick,house*of*paws, I went to resolution center to file a dispute and same as above.

Call PayPal and have them look at the address on the order details page and compare that with the information in the tracking number. Maybe they can help.
