Item didn’t arrive and eBay won’t help

I didn’t file a request on time because it’s so hard to find a way to file it. Now eBay says it can’t help me. This is nonsense. I have contacted the the seller three times and have gotten no response.

eBay has very ridged time frames for everything on the site.  If you have passed the time eBay can help you then you need to go to your payment source to see if you can do a charge back.  Payment sources have different times limits that they will help you so contact them now.
