Item Not Received case Closed with refund

Item Lost in transit. USPS Tracking #9400108105463450669436. Buyer opened a case(order #16-12724-02411) and has been issued a refund in full.

Package arrived on March 17th.  Buyer confirmed delivery.

How to recoup refunded amount.

It sounds like the package you shipped arrived after it was refunded.

You can ask the buyer to pay you by PayPal or Venmo - this is allowed now since you had a transaction.

Or you can ask the buyer to mail you a check.
