Item Not Received Help

I'm new to selling here and just had a buyer claim they never got the package.  USPS shows the item was delivered yet the buyer wants an immediate refund.  What do I do?

@girlfromthe408. Respond to the refund request with the tracking that shows delivery and you win the case.

Advise the buyer to check with their post office to see where the GPS says the package was located when it was scanned as delivered.
