Item I shipped got returned.

A buyer purchased an item and paid for it.  I shipped the item to the address associated with the buyer via USPS.  The USPS returned the item back to me with the note Unclaimed/Unable to Forward.  I've sent the buyer a message about this yesterday.  So far I have not received any message from the buyer at all.  What is eBay's policy on this?  Do I cancel the bid?  Thanks.

You need to use the CONTACT BUYER option and see if the buyer still wants the item.  If s/he does, then s/he needs to send enough funds to cover shipping to the new address.  You can log into your Paypal account and use the REQUEST MONEY option to send the request to the buyer's Paypal account.  If s/he no longer wants the item, you can refund the item price only.
