Just requesting information on a product that I bought from ironman_32 and never received my item.  All the tracking says is shipped.  Shipped back in Feb.  I have file a item not received complaint.   Now ebay say it is closed do to no activity in 21 days.  21 days is because I was waiting on the seller to reply to a email and also waiting on the item to be delivered.   Is ebay allowing ironman_32 to keep my 80 dollars?

Opening a claim is only the first step.

If you opened an "item not received" claim with eBay and the seller did not cooperate, you had 21 days (possibly 21 business days) to ask eBay to "step in" and refund you. If you let that time expire, the case is closed without resolution.

You may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months of protection from the date of purchase.
