It can’t find my 1099k tax forms.

It says that in the seller hub under the payment tab there should be something that says taxes and I can download my 1099k. It isn’t there.

In Seller Hub, click the Payments tab, then click Taxes as shown below:

Did you sell more than $20,000 plus 200 payments all paid through managed payments?  If so, your 1099k should be here - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/taxforms

I did not pass the threshold last year, so this page has a line that says 'no 1099k form available' for me for 2021.

You can do a quick check on the $ total using the sales performance page here - https://www.ebay.com/sh/performance/sales

The total includes tax, which is not included in the 1099k, so scroll down to the chart that shows the item - shipping - taxes and subtract the taxes.
