So I've been having constant issues when it comes to shipping items to Puerto Rico via the eBay Standard Letter service. And I'm not sure what the cause is or even how to remedy it and I'd like some advice. Firstly, the buyer selected PR as their country. Secondly, the put the ENTIRE address Urb and everything in the Address 1 line. I'm guessing the improper formatting or setting the country as PR or both, is causing the issue in generating the shipping label? I contacted the buyer asking if they could edit their receiving address, but they haven't responded (two days so far). I'm really at loss on what to do here?

Even if they fixed their address, it wouldn't make any difference on the order.
Cancel the order as a problem with the buyers address.
