I have been trying to update my bank account info. for days now. I tried on my phone first and that wasn't successful, so then I tried on my laptop. I thought I was successful that time because I made it through the whole process and my account said it would take 1-2 days to be updated. However, my phone app still shows that I haven't updated it. Then when I called for help the automated system was no help and said my account was locked. Did anyone else have these problems? How did you fix this? Are there real people at Ebay to talk to?
