Hi Guys
Has anyone else had any difficulty contacting an eBay agent via their contact us link? it takes you through to speak to a live robotic system, and when you ask to be put through to an agent it says that agents are currently unavailable and will be available from 5am to 10pm monday to sunday.
i have on a number of occassions this morning from 6am attempted to contact them via this method to have my account reactivated, to have no success. surely they should have an email we could contact or something but nope they dont. with a suspension on my account i can not reply via my message board either as the suspension counters this activity out. I know they use PT time as they are in America but im using the UK version surely they have somebody over here who answers to clients! do they not have a UK headquarters?
in their message they ask that you reply to the message to have your account reactivated, but how can you do this if they have suspended you from doing such activities? its a massive pain as a seller who owns a business online, i can not sell my products due to this issue, and getting in contact with a human is beyond a joke! how can customers use ebay if they have this issue which is none resolveable?!!
has anyone else had this issue? and does anyone know a way to bypass contacting a HUMAN?
