Issue a refund to my customer

I don't need for the customer to return the item because it arrive totally broken.  I just want to give the money back but I can't figure out how to do it.

If the buyer started a return, use the refund link in the return. If not, you can use the Send refund option located in the dropdown next to the sold item transaction.

I am sorry but I cannot find a sold item list in the Seller Hub, Nor can I find a send refund option anywhere in the Seller Hub.  Before the seller hub there was a sold item list in My eBay, but it is gone now

Go here:

Click the dropdown arrow and select Send refund:
