@anko2002kr That doesn't look like an eBay message. Where did you find the listing? eBay has nothing to do with sales on other sites. If you found the item on another site report it to that site as a fake listing.
When you purchase an item you pay using eBay checkout. Do NOT click on that link.

The text displayed is a valid ebay.com URL (but read further on) , but that doesn't mean that the actual "href" code that invokes a URL when you click on it isn't to some other site. And the item number is not a currently available (or recently completed; might have been removed by eBay for issues) listing.

That link is made to look like an Ebay link, but the site the link is linked to isn't an Ebay page.
If you clicked the link, you need to scan your system.

The number displayed in that link is not a valid eBay item number -- there are too many digits.
As other have indicated, the link can say one thing and point to an entirely different site; in this case I suspect the link points to a site designed to steal your eBay credentials or to convince you to pay via an untraceable method to scam you.
Never trust a link provided by someone you do not know. If someone tells you an item is listed on eBay, go to ebay.com yourself and find the item there rather than following a link that is given to you.
We want your journey here to be as great as can be, so we have put together some links to help you get quickly familiarized with the eBay Community.
