Sold an item. Buyer paid. Shipped to ebay address in NJ. Now I received a request for an invoice/receipt with an address in Brazil from the buyer. My first instinct is to send it... help the buyer get a company reimbursement. While I know corporate policies can be nonsensical, seems he should just print out his ebay/paypal receipts for reimbursement. If the company uses a freight forwarder, then they already know that. Would it be a misstep to comply with this request?
