Is this a fake D and G?

Hi. My daughter had this lightweight wool blend  coat which we wish to resell. But while the collar label says made in Italy and I thought looked real, I noticed the label inside the coat with the care instructions says made in Hong Kong. Does this mean it is a fake?

You may want to ask this on the Fashion board to have the best chance of getting a reply from an expert in telling the real thing from a counterfeit.
