My account was recently attacked
Since Oct. A competitor used around 30 buyers' accounts, leave negative feedback or return the products, complain about missing items in packages, or request refund.....
No choice, we cancel many orders.....

About The negative feedback doesn't seems to be from the same buyer but about the same product.
