Hello eBay community,
Back in April I purchased a **pre-order** for a box of MetaZoo. The seller put an estimated delivery date of April 22nd, but I didn't think anything of it. At the time it was well known that MetaZoo wasn't being released until July 30th and the listing was clearly labeled as a PREORDER. There were many sellers with similar listings and I thought I was being responsible by avoiding new sellers. This seller (PEPPERMINT_BLISS) had a 100% feedback score and close to 400 feedback points.
Fast forward to now. MetaZoo has been released and my item still hasn't arrived. I went to contact the seller and (surprise!) the seller has deleted their account. And since the estimated delivery date was back in April, eBay does not give me any options via the "More Actions" button.
My question for the community...... is there any way to file a claim with eBay Money Back Guarantee? If there is, I can't seem to find it. Thanks all!

You had only 30 days from the estimated delivery date (April 22nd) to file an 'item not received' case with eBay. [BTW, sellers aren't supposed to list items that cannot be shipped within 30 days.]
PayPal allows 180 days from date of purchase to file the INR case ... so if you are still within that time frame AND paid with PayPal ... you can file a case there.
You also can phone your credit/debit card company and request a chargeback ... but DO NOT do that if you file a PayPal case.

Excellent response, Paws! Thanks! I ended up having to go through my credit card company, but I'm on my way.
