I would like to be able to talk to a live person. I bought a 3 in 1 intake manifold and the runner control valve was bad that was on it and had to use my old one. I wanted to see if I could get a partial refund but all the help leads are only to ask for a refund and since I did it as a guest I am not getting anywhere. I created an account now but of course no history of purchases even if I put in the order or invoice number.

@jeffel509    You can get your guest account details by logging out of eBay and using the blue button on this page:

Then you file the refund request starting with the guest account email within 30 days of delivery for an item that is not as described
